How does my first visit start?
With a professional skin analysis, which is complimentary. First we understand your skin and what you are looking for. Then we recommend.
How often should I get a facial?
A regular facial is recommended every 4 to 6 weeks, which follows the skin's natural renewal. Some treatments keep their own pace. Oxygen: every 2 weeks in the Acne Boot Camp, and less often in other cases, depending on your treatment. Switch Treatment: once a month, in a series, with a follow up facial at 2 weeks between sessions. Peels and microneedling: Estephany tells you how often based on the type and your skin. Everything is personalized: your plan is set after seeing your skin.
How do I prepare for the skin analysis?
Come without makeup, so the analysis is accurate. It takes about 30 minutes and includes a consultation with Estephany.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours ahead. With less than 24 hours of notice, the deposit is forfeited or a fee is charged.
Is there a cost for the skin analysis?
No. It is complimentary and takes place in the spa, with a professional AI skin analysis machine.
What should I do after a facial?
In general, after a hydrating facial:
- Keep your skin hydrated and drink water
- Wear sunscreen every day
- Avoid exfoliants, strong cleansers and strong products until Estephany tells you
- Do not touch or squeeze your skin
This is general guidance. Estephany gives you specific instructions for your treatment and your skin.

What care do I need after a chemical peel?
In general, your skin needs a lot of hydration and gentle products:
- Keep your skin hydrated at all times
- Do not use strong cleansers or strong products
- Do not rub, scratch or pick at flaking skin
- Avoid the sun and tanning, and wear sunscreen every day once your skin has healed
- A superficial peel, such as lactic, may cause no visible flaking
- A medium depth peel requires a post peel home care kit
This is general guidance. Estephany gives you specific instructions for your treatment and your skin.
Will I peel after a chemical peel?
It depends on the type. Some peels cause no visible peeling. Others peel 3 to 5 days later. Estephany explains what to expect and gives you the home care, which is essential for a good result.
I have allergies. Can I use the products?
Tell Estephany before your appointment or before you buy. Some Circadia products contain ingredients derived from nuts, soy, gluten or egg, and she reviews with you which to avoid. If your allergy is severe, also check with your doctor.
Do the products you use have parabens? Are they tested on animals?
Estephany works with several professional lines, not just one. Circadia, her main line, does not use parabens and does not test on animals, and most of its products are gluten free and vegan friendly. For products from other lines, ask Estephany and she will confirm the ingredients of the one you are interested in.
